DPS Practical
Develop a chief complaint and case report on any of the following clinical conditions covered in the DPS lectures this semester.
-The report will comprise of all the headings of the history and will start with demographic information about the patient, include the source of information, statement of reliability, Chief Complaint, History of present illness, Past medical, Family history, Personal and Social history, Review of Systems, Mental Status examination and end with a problem list. Typed or Hand written.
Due date extended to: Friday November 23th at 4pm
Turn in to department secretary, Old Admin Building next to Classroom 1
